Refund Policy

New subscriptions

The first payment for a new paid subscription, monthly or annual, is fully refundable if you ask within 14 days of the charge. We'll cancel the subscription at the same time. The guarantee applies once per customer and workspace.

Renewals and cancelling

• You can cancel any time from billing settings in the app, or by emailing [email protected]. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
• Monthly renewals aren't refundable, and we don't give partial refunds for unused time in a month.
• Annual renewals: if you forgot to cancel, email us within 14 days of the renewal charge and we'll refund it, provided you haven't actively used NodeLens since the renewal.

Plan changes

Upgrades and added seats are prorated and charged right away. Downgrades and removed seats take effect at your next renewal; we don't refund the difference for the current period.

When we'll always refund

• Duplicate or mistaken charges.
• Charges after you cancelled.
• If we discontinue the Services or end your access without cause: a prorated refund of prepaid fees for the unused period.
• A serious outage or defect we can't fix in a reasonable time: we'll work out a fair credit or refund with you.

When we won't

We don't refund accounts suspended or terminated for breaking our Terms of Service, such as abuse or fraud.

How to request a refund

1. Email [email protected] from your account email, with "Refund request" in the subject.
2. Include your workspace name and the date of the charge.
3. We'll reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method; banks usually take 5–10 business days to show them.

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. We can almost always sort it out faster.
